Data management vendor Finbourne Technology has appointed Robert Byrne as chief technology officer (CTO).
The UK fintech, which describes itself as a ‘Software-as-a-service scale-up’, states that the appointment marks its next phase of growth.
Finbourne has recently expanded into North America and Asia-Pacific and Byrne’s appointment is part of a hiring drive.
Byrne has a background in data management and has previously held positions at Barclays Capital, RBS and UBS Delta.
His most recent role was as CTO at UK data management tech firm City Science.
