Financial services consultancy Sionic has appointed Matthew Davey as a partner within its asset management practice.
Davey is a well-known figure within the asset servicing sector having served in a number of roles for major firms.
Most recently he was managing director and head of coverage, marketing and solutions at Societe Generale Securities Services.
He has also worked for Invesco Perpetual, State Street, HSBC Securities Services and JP Morgan. Davey has also been a regular contributor to FundsTech events and other media.
