Credit Suisse Asset Management has raided fellow Swiss firm UBS Asset Management for someone to head up its digital business.
Matthew Oakeley has been appointed global head of data and digital services.
He was formerly chief digital and information officer at UBS AM for the last three years.
Prior to that, Oakeley was chief technology officer at Investec and also global head of IT for Schroders.
Based in London, Oakeley reports to chief operating officer Markus Ruetimann, the former Schroders COO who was appointed in July 2021.
The two have worked together twice previously, at UBS AM between 1999 and 2004, and at Schroders between 2005 and 2015.
